Arthritis in Dogs & Cats, The Joints, Inflammation.

Just like humans, both cats and dogs are susceptible to arthritis. In fact, it’s estimated that 1 out of every 5 dogs over the age of 7 and 90% of all senior cats have arthritis. It’s nothing new – even dinosaur fossils show evidence of arthritis. But prehistoric pet owners didn’t have access to the supplements and medications that we do. Good joint care will help reduce the effects of arthritis and is particularly important for pets exposed to Lyme disease or prone to hip dysplasia.
